Performance parts terms. Final-sale policy.

Effective March 14, 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed through FTR Parts.

PolicyIn force

In-stock inventory. Almost all sales are final.

Review fitment and condition details before checkout.

Products and condition

  • We sell new, used, and race-program performance parts.
  • Used parts may show wear, marks, finish blemishes, or installation evidence.
  • Product photos and descriptions represent condition as accurately as practical.
  • Inventory is limited and may sell out without notice.

Fitment and buyer responsibility

  • You are responsible for confirming fitment before purchase.
  • Compatibility can vary by model year, revision, supporting mods, and prior owner changes.
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended for safety-critical components.

Returns and refunds

  • All sales are final in almost all cases.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer remorse, fitment mistakes, or change of plans.
  • Installed, modified, raced, or damaged items are never eligible for return.
  • Electrical and fuel-system components are final sale.

Limited exceptions

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for wrong-item shipments or transit damage.
  • Keep all packaging and provide photos of the item and shipping box.
  • Approved claims are resolved at our option by replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

Use and liability

  • Performance parts can increase stress on related components.
  • Buyer assumes all risk for installation, setup, tuning, and use.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, parts are provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Order acceptance and cancellation

  • We may cancel and refund orders for stock errors, pricing errors, or fraud screening.
  • Once an order is paid, cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
